Volunteer, or Other Ways You Can Help
"I can't give money, but still would like to help. What can I do?"
No money, no problem! If you are in a position to donate a service rather than a financial gift, please do! Please see the list of items we need help with below.
In return, we will be pleased to acknowledge you and/or your company as a sponsor on the website and at the event.

We are looking for the following services to help make the night a GREAT success!
| Commemorative T-Shirts: | help coordinate the printing and supply of reunion T-shirts |
| Advertisers: | find advertising sponsors, help get the word out about this event by placing a story in the local newspaper, and any additional ad space that can be provided will be invaluable to spread the word about this celebration and honoring Coach Pass. |
| Printed Programs | help coordinate the printing of reunion event pamphlets |
| Audio/Video Services | help us find a professional videographer to capture the evening, sound equipment, projection, etc. |
| Volunteers needed at the night of the event | to meet, greet and check in attendees as well as handle walk-n registrations. |
| Any other items or services you believe will make this event a success are welcome. | We're open to any and all suggestions! |
In the spirit of teamwork, we encourage you to use those resources you have to support this event.
By using the connections you may have with t-shirt distributors, advertisers, local newspaper contacts (to help spread the word by covering our reunion story), printing companies (for the reunion pamphlet), or audio/video professionals, you will be a giant help to Coach Pass and the reunion planning team.
